Tonal

We’re proud of the work we were able to accomplish during our one-year-plus retainer agreement with San-Francisco based company, Tonal. Their main product offering is a sleek wall-mounted machine with a patented digital weight system.  This technology integrates with a smart interface offering the user strength assessment, dynamic resistance, and real-time tracking. During our time working together, this fitness-tech start-up experienced exponential growth, and Vacuum was privileged to be along for the ride to help influence design and brand direction. 

We were fortunate to work on a variety of projects with this client. Email design was one area of focus, building out a Nurture Flow campaign, eCommerce funnel emails, and other communications focused on driving sales and nurturing sales leads. 

We also had a hand in a significant amount of website design; revising existing web pages to meet new brand standards. We worked to update UX strategies to match findings from user testing sessions, utilizing page prototypes we built out for those testing objectives. 

Another area of focus was creating social assets. This work included the design and animation of assets for a number of different applications, including the Tonal Instagram feed and Instagram stories. Check out this work post for a detailed look at this fun work.

As with any long-term agency relationship, this commitment allowed us to dive deep into the Tonal brand, enabling us the ability to affect change within the brand’s look and feel, and with ongoing marketing and communications strategies.
