Sherwood Mountain

Sherwood Mountain Brewhouse may not have invented the stuff, but they brew a damn good pint and we’ve enjoyed working with them right from the conception of the company. We started by developing the brand story, vocabulary and concepting, which in the years since has merrily grown into numerous projects across the mediums. Beer labels, character development, posters, hangtags, signage, the list goes on…

A couple years into business, with the Terrace, BC-based brewery and tasting room booming, it was time to elevate their online game and re-design their website from the simple platform that we had launched with.

Our goal with Sherwood’s new website was to put forward a clean, crisp, easy drinking (get it?) platform to easily communicate their products, brand and brand characters. The main attraction is the beer, of course, so we wanted to put that front and centre and develop a nice way to communicate the details of each beer, both for consumers and current/potential retailers.

The site is a WordPress build, with emphasis put on a simple CMS for Sherwood to easily add new beers as they’re brewed, highlight local community events and call out each staff member that makes this Terrace brewery so special.
