Ravine Home Website

Modsy.com is an online interior design service, helping its customers create unique, custom looks for the spaces they love. Modsy works with a number of furnishing partners, offering discounted prices on pieces to fit these custom interior designs.

When Modsy launched Ravine Home, their own sofa and seating collection, they came to us with the challenge of designing and building an e-commerce environment that allowed their customers to purchase pieces directly.

As the Ravine Home products are made to order, we integrated a third-party software solution to enable communication between Ravine Home, the manufacturer, the custom shipping solutions, and the Customer Service teams.

Designing a clean User Experience was key, given the number of purchase options provided to the user. We also had to consider that Ravine Home offers free material swatches as well and needed to clearly communicate that offering both as a call-to-action on the homepage, and as a funnel in the e-commerce flow.

The end result is an e-commerce website that shows off Ravine Home’s product line while clearly communicating all the options available to the customer, and facilitating a stress-free shopping experience. Not an easy task, if you’ve ever bought a piece of furniture for your home!
